Spring Sundo Retreat 2027

Three days of deep breath nurturing and getting our body aligned between Heaven and Earth, finding our centre and peace of mind.

We will have space for position corrections, for realigning our body & mind so our breath can be spacious and strong. In a way, in the kouksundo method a lot is in doing the practice again and again and sinking into breath-mind-lower Danjeon connected way of being.

Practicing participants as well as newcomers are welcome.

Accommodation, full board, hall: 150 EUR

LOCATION

Retreat Place

Šachov falls under the 2.5km distant town of BOROHRÁDEK, in the Hradec Králové Region. If you want to get to us by public transport, you can take a train to Borohrádek, which is located on the railway line from Hradec Králové to Chocno and then take a bus towards Kostelec nad Orlicí or directly by bus via Kostelec nad Orlicí or from the opposite side from Týniště nad Orlicí…
