Practice at home

Find a regular time in your schedule

Consistency is essential for your body-mind change and progress. It is recommended to find a convenient time which fits into your week work/family/free time schedule and you can keep regularity in your practice.

How to join classes as a beginner

Typically, a Sundo class involves complete practice with no explanations; just guided practice led by the instructor, allowing for questions at the end.
If you prefer more information and guidance, consider joining an online Beginners course or video course.

FAQS

Frequently asked questions

Join the first class to experience the Sundo practice and get the overall feel about the content of the practice.
You can do the exercises at your own pace and skip any that seem too difficult or where you're unsure about safety.

As the practice is always the same (until you change the breathing positions), you will get better and better in following and improving your practice.

After the class, feel free to ask the instructor for guidance.

Check out our video section at https://sundoclub.cz/videos/ for a video called Breathing Rhythm that explains how to sync your breath with the mantra.

We are running the beginners course now and then.

In case there no course available, you can buy a video course containing the previous beginners course running.

Sure. Feel free to focus on your breath any time during the day to connect your attention to your breathing habits, adjust the pace, adjust your belly engagement and relax any unnecesary tension that is inhibiting good breathing. 2 minutes good. 5 minutes great. Any adjustment during the day adds quality to your overall breathing harmony.

No prior experience is required. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors will guide you every step of the way.
