Whether you choose the full Sundo sequence or a shorter version, the Starter Pack gives you the flexibility to begin at your own pace. Set clear days and times for your practice—consistency is key. We recommend starting with 2–3 shorter sessions per week, rather than one long one, to build rhythm and support lasting results.

Listen to your body, adjust as needed, and find a routine that fits your life. You can practice independently or join our guided online classes for extra support and connection. Your journey starts with one breath—take it mindfully.

Answers to common questions

As Sundo is a very complex practice, you can choose the parts you join and skip some exercises, which are too difficult at the beginning. Slow, safe, gradual approach is recommended. 
On that base, you can join in any physical condition, it is ok to observe and join for any part, which feels digestible. The instructor will provide help and advice.

No prior experience is required. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Comfortable clothes,  no shoes. We provide the yoga mats, you can bring your own too.

5 minutes is fine, to settle before the class. If you come for the first time, 10 minutes is better.
