TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Terms and Conditions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to both offline and online sales of products and services of the seller, which is the business company BODYWORX CZ, s.r.o., with its registered office at Tobrucká 710/19, Prague 6, 160 00, Company ID No.: 05924707, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 273097, represented by its managing director Mgr. Lenka Riva Ryšková (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), i.e. contracts concluded with a participant or buyer via means of distance communication through the web interface of the website https://sundoclub.cz.
  2. A Participant is a person interested in the subject of purchase and, by registering and by participating in an in-person seminar (collectively and individually hereinafter referred to as the “In-Person Event”) and/or by participating in an online seminar (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Event”), agrees to the terms set out below and undertakes to comply with them.
  3. A Buyer is a person interested in the subject of purchase, which for the purposes of these Terms consists of electronically provided audio/video recordings (collectively and individually hereinafter referred to as the “Digital Products”). By purchasing the subject of purchase, the Buyer agrees to the terms set out below and undertakes to comply with them.
  4. The amount of the course fee for In-Person Events and Online Events is determined in accordance with the Act on Prices or by agreement. The Provider is not a payer of value added tax (VAT). The course fee is payable immediately, unless otherwise stated on the web interface or on the invoice. The Participant’s obligation to pay the relevant price is fulfilled only upon full crediting of the total specified amount to the Provider’s account. An obvious pricing error (caused, for example, by incorrect display) is not considered a binding price. If the Participant places an order at such a price, the Provider will promptly request the Participant’s consent to the correct price. If consent is not given or not expressed within 3 days, the order shall not be considered binding.
  5. The payment amount for Digital Products is determined in accordance with the Act on Prices or by agreement. The Provider is not a payer of value added tax (VAT). Payment is due immediately, unless otherwise stated on the web interface or on the invoice. The Buyer’s obligation to pay the relevant price is fulfilled only upon full crediting of the total specified amount to the Provider’s account. An obvious pricing error (caused, for example, by incorrect display) is not considered a binding price. If the Buyer places an order at such a price, the Provider will promptly request the Buyer’s consent to the correct price. If consent is not given or not expressed within 3 days, the order shall not be considered binding.

2. In-person events

  1. Registration and Payment for IN-PERSON EVENTS Registration for an In-Person Event is carried out via an online registration form available on our website. Registration for the Event and payment of the course fee is completed in one of the following ways:
    1. In-Person Event with Advance Deposit Payment By completing and submitting the online registration form, a non-binding 14-day reservation of a place is created. The registration becomes binding upon payment of the specified deposit of the course fee to our account, either via online payment or bank transfer. The bank account number and variable symbol will be sent to the participant by email after the online registration form is completed.
    2. In-Person Event with Full Course Fee Paid in Advance By completing and submitting the online registration form, a non-binding 14-day reservation of a place is created. The registration becomes binding upon payment of the full course fee to our account, either via online payment or bank transfer. The bank account number and variable symbol will be sent to the participant by email after the online registration form is completed.
    3. In-Person Event with Course Fee Paid on the Day of the Event

      By completing and submitting the online registration form, a binding reservation of a place is created. The course fee may be paid via online payment or in full in cash on site on the day of the Event, preferably no later than 15 minutes before the start of the Event.

  2. Cancellation Policy for IN-PERSON EVENTS

    1. In-Person Events with Full Course Fee Paid in Advance
      If the participant cancels MORE THAN 30 days before the start of the Event, the full course fee paid will be refunded in full.
      If the participant cancels LESS THAN 30 days before the start of the Event (or during or after the Event), whether by personal decision or due to unexpected reasons (e.g. illness or family matters), the paid deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another Event; however, the remaining portion of the course fee will be refunded to the participant (the amount of the deposit is specified separately for each seminar).
      Upon prior notification, the participant may be replaced by a substitute participant. The substitute participant is arranged by the original participant.

    2. In-Person Events with Advance Deposit Payment
      If the participant cancels MORE THAN 30 days before the start of the Event, the paid deposit will be refunded in full.
      If the participant cancels LESS THAN 30 days before the start of the Event (or during or after the Event), whether by personal decision or due to unexpected reasons (e.g. illness or family matters), the paid deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another Event.
      Upon prior notification, the participant may be replaced by a substitute participant. The substitute participant is arranged by the original participant.

  3. Prohibition of Recording In-Person Events
    Without prior consent of the Provider, the participant is not permitted to make any audiovisual, audio, or other recordings of an In-Person Event, nor to copy or distribute the content of the Event, information about its participants, or any related materials.

  4. Costs Related to Cancellation of an In-Person Event
    The Provider shall not reimburse the participant for any costs incurred in connection with the cancellation of an In-Person Event.

3. Online Events

  1. Registration and Payment for Online EventsRegistration for Online Events is carried out via an online registration form available on our website. Registration for an Online Event and payment of the course fee is completed in one of the following ways:
    1. Online Event with Advance Deposit Payment By completing and submitting the online registration form, a non-binding 14-day reservation of a place is created. The registration becomes binding upon payment of the specified deposit of the course fee to our account, either via online payment or bank transfer. The bank account number and variable symbol will be sent to the participant by email after completion of the online registration form.
    2. Online Event with Full Course Fee Paid in Advance By completing and submitting the online registration form, a non-binding 14-day reservation of a place is created. The registration becomes binding upon payment of the full course fee to our account, either via online payment or bank transfer. The bank account number and variable symbol will be sent to the participant by email after completion of the online registration form.

  3. Prohibition of Recording Online EventsWithout prior consent of the Provider, the participant is not permitted to make any audiovisual, audio, or other recordings of an Online Event, nor to copy or distribute the content of the Event, information about its participants, or any related materials.
  4. Costs Related to Cancellation of an Online EventThe Provider shall not reimburse the participant for any costs incurred in connection with the cancellation of an Online Event.
  5. Complaints Related to Online Events Due to Technical Issues on the Participant’s Side The Provider shall not be liable for issues related to slow or faulty internet connections or insufficient software or hardware equipment on the part of the participant. In such cases, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the course fee.
  6. Recording of Online Events

    In some cases, participants may be provided with a recording of the Online Event. Access credentials to the Online Event recording are intended for the participant’s personal use only, and it is strictly prohibited to grant access to third parties.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Video Courses and Recordings)

  1. Ordering, Payment, and Access for DIGITAL PRODUCTS Orders for Digital Products are placed via an online order form available on our website.
  2. Payment and Delivery of Access to Digital Products: The Buyer may choose to pay by card via an online payment gateway or by bank transfer when placing the order.In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Buyer will receive the bank account number and variable symbol by email after submitting the online order.Access credentials or download links will be sent to the Buyer by email within 3 days after receipt of payment. In the case of card payment, access delivery is linked to the automatic processing of the payment, and the Buyer will receive access to the Digital Product immediately.
  3. Duration of Access and Copyright Protection of Digital Products Access to audio/video recordings is provided via a web browser and is available to the Buyer from the time of payment for the period specified in the description of the Digital Product.Access credentials and download links are intended solely for the Buyer’s personal use, and it is prohibited to grant access to third parties, including sharing on social media. If such misuse occurs, the Provider has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, deactivate the Buyer’s access credentials, and claim compensation for lost profits or any damage incurred.The Buyer is also obliged to prevent any misuse of their access credentials by third parties.
  4. Cancellation Policy for DIGITAL PRODUCTS and Money-Back Guarantee The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 days from payment of the Digital Product.

    To withdraw from the purchase agreement, the Buyer must send an email to the Provider at hello@sundoclub.cz.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. Health Condition All offline and online products are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care.If a participant is currently undergoing any type of treatment (especially psychiatric treatment or therapy with a psychologist), they agree to inform the instructor before the start of the Event about this fact and the nature of their condition or treatment. The participant also agrees to inform the instructor of any potential health complications (e.g., post-injury conditions, chronic illnesses, epilepsy, asthma, pregnancy, etc.).The participant declares that they do not use psychotropic medications or other psychoactive substances.For In-Person Events, the participant declares that they do not have any infectious disease.
  2. Prohibition of Drugs and Psychoactive Substances The participant acknowledges that attendance under the influence of drugs or other addictive, intoxicating, or psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited, and agrees not to use them before or during the Event.
  3. Responsibility Participation in the Event is voluntary. The participant bears full responsibility for themselves and all their actions throughout the program. Instructor guidance is only advisory, and participants follow it at their own discretion. The participant acknowledges that they may be exposed to physical, psychological, or emotional stress during the Event.Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain prior written consent from a legal guardian or custodian. The Provider, instructor, or therapist is not responsible for any consequences that may occur to the participant or third parties as a result of applying advice or recommendations presented during the Event or via Digital Products.
  4. Interruption of Participation The participant may leave the Event at any time at their own responsibility, understanding that the Event fee will not be refunded.

    The instructor has the right to terminate a participant’s attendance if deemed necessary, particularly for the safety of the participant or other participants. In such cases, the Event fee will be refunded.

6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

  1. All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable legislation.
  2. The participant acknowledges that providing their personal data to the extent specified in the Privacy Policy is a contractual requirement necessary for the provision of the service. Providing this data is at the participant’s discretion; however, without providing the personal data to the required extent, the service cannot be properly provided.
  3. Use of Cookies on sundoclub.cz

    The use of cookies is described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are valid in this wording from 1 October 2025.
