The Fixed Form is a Form that is performed from one “fixed” position, be that seated or standing, no steps are involved. One of the advantages of the Fixed Form is that the practitioner has the space and time to cultivate the connection from the center to the hands without having to think about exact foot or hand placement.
This will be a Short 30 min Class with the entire focus on learning the movements of the Fixed Form, participants should be warmed up ready to go at the start of the Class.

Once your order has been processed, a generated email from the Online Store will send you an Invite link and your Zoom Meeting ID and password. You will also receive a link to the Video Replay page, you will get the password during the meeting, this video will remain open for one week after the class.
Reception starts 5 minutes before the class.
